The kit has an "Airfix Products 1981" stamp on the chassis plate, so I assume this is an original Airfix tool. The kit is simplified, and chassis construction allows to motorize the kit (no actual parts provided for motorization). Model has opening doors and engine cover. There are no complete engine details, just a one piece molded plate. Details are somewhat on the heavy side, especially delicate things like wiper, pedals, knockoffs. There are no suspension detail, although front wheels made poseable via simple mechanism. Kit has excellent wheels, but only average quality tires. Interior is accurate, but seats are molded in, and details are a little bit soft. Instruments are molded in, there are no decals. Decal sheet includes few random sponsor ads and logos, as well as "Dino Racing Special" stripes for the sides. Decals are nicely printed, but look bleached, and too flat. Instructions are good and clear, but there are no painting or color guide. Overall its a nice kit. Low parts count (85 total, including tires and metal axles) and absence of engine detail makes this kit an easy build for beginners, but more demanding and experienced modelers will have to do a lot of scratchbuilding to update the kit.
